- What happens if there is a technical problem?
- Do I need to sign up to listen to the free audio?
Audio
- May I download the files to my iPod and my computer and also burn them on a cd for the car?
- Yes. All files are mp3 format and are therefore playable on virtually all devices.
- How can I be assured of the audio quality?
- Each track has an online preview. You can hear the first few minutes of each track without having to make a purchase.
- What happens if I am not satisfied?
- Can I purchase physical audio cassettes?
- Can I purchase CDs?
- You cannot currently purchase CDs. However, any audio you buy can be downloaded as an mp3 file to make your own.
- "This item was digitised from an audio cassette"
- Items that show this message were take from an analog auido cassette and not recorded straight to a digital file. We have converted our large existing tape library to digital files using high quality equipment but the audio may not be as clear as a mordern recording. Every item allows you to play the first few minutes so you can ensure you are happy with the sound quality before purchasing.
